  • 2013-2015:  Phase I Restoration​

    • Roof replacement - cedar shingles circa 1887

    • Interior wall stabilization

  • 2015-2017:  Phase II Restoration​

    • Interior wall rebuild

    • Interior wall restoration including lime plaster

    • SE window restoration

    • Roof fascia restoration

    • Upper east and west wall restoration/reconstruction
